The AMPHS World - wind pilot

More than 20 years ago my father installed a Sailomat 3040 wind ane self steering on the Trotamar. Unfortunately it is not strong enough to control the boat at strong weather situations. I am sailing with my wife and little child and just at strong weather I do not like to be standing at the ruder. Does anybody have better experiences with another system. I heard that there must be two Amphitrites using the Bouvaan or Holland Windvane but I do not have contact to them. I am thinking of installing this system. I will be grateful for any advice, Regards Joan
